Boase Developments was established in April 1999 to provide the best possible building service to home owners and businesses throughout Cheshire and the North West. We have satisfied customers in Knutsford, Wilmslow, Sandbach, Warmingham, Hartford and even in St Albans in Hertfordshire and Virginia Water Surrey.
Our aim is to satisfy our customers in all areas of professional building work. Health & Safety
Boase Developments continually monitors its health and safety policy. Regular meetings and briefings with the building team ensures we maintain a safe working environment on any type of site. It is our policy to fully implement and support the provisions of the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974, Management of Health and Safety Regulations 1999, CDM 2007 and any other relevant codes of practice. These measures provide safe and healthy working conditions for Boase employees and ensure that the work we do does not adversely affect the Health and Safety of anyone else, including other contractors or members of the public.
Our policy is reviewed constantly to ensure we comply with new legislation. Neglect of our Health and Safety policy is considered to be a serious disciplinary matter.

Reducing Environmental Impact
Building work can harm the environment unless all those involved in the project take great care. Boase Developments is proactive in applying good environmental practices in all situations so that all members of our team work actively to eliminate the risk of pollution in all building work.
We recognise that the Worlds resources or not limitless and the construction industry has certain processes in place that are widely used and can potentially cause environmental harm. We, therefore, take our social and moral responsibilities for implementing environmentally-friendly measures beyond those legislative requirements.
By measuring and examining the impact of our building activities, we have been able to implement a comprehensive environmental care policy. This includes:
- Training our team members so that they are aware of environmental hazards and what they need to do to protect the environment
- Complying to environmental legislation - including waste management
- Practicing what we preach by complying to the standards we have set for the company and its employees
- Implementing best practices for environmental management
- Working with our customers to meet their environmental policy requirements
