From the fitting out the smallest room in the house with a toilet and wash basin to a beautiful state of the art kitchen, we can help. And, keep in mind that we have no ties to any brands, so you are free to select any kitchen or bathroom from any manufacturer - or we can provide a bespoke design to suit your taste.

Bathrooms

Bathrooms need expert planning and that is where Boase Developments excels. You need the bathroom completing with as little fuss as possible, particularly if you don’t have any alternative facilities in your home. We have a wide knowledge of bathroom design, products and hot water systems giving us the ability to provide a comprehensive service that complies with all the regulations. We can help you choose the sanitary ware and fittings from our own suppliers or we can work with the products you have sourced. For the finishing touch, we’ll tile or decorate your bathroom to your requirements.

Kitchens

Boase Developments can manage the design, supply and installation of your kitchen or we’ll happily take over fitting the various units to a completed plan. Our main aim is to provide you with a kitchen solution that works for you. Whether you select ready manufactured cupboards, doors, worktops, sinks, fittings and kitchen appliances or you choose to splash out on a handcrafted kitchen made from the finest woods with granite work surfaces, we will ensure you get the highest level of service and a kitchen that will provide many years of useful service. And, like our bathroom service, we can decorate and tile your new kitchen.
